At HUK Dry Fruits, we take great care to ensure that all products delivered to our customers are fresh, high quality, and properly packed.

Returns

Due to the nature of dry fruit products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. Food items cannot be returned once delivered because we cannot guarantee their handling or storage after delivery.

Exceptions

However, if there is a mistake from our side, we will be happy to resolve the issue. This includes:

• Receiving the wrong product
• Damaged or defective packaging
• Missing items from your order

In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order details and photos if necessary. Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
